a long lonesome roadThe semi-open posts  I've hosted here on the Covid-19 narrative, the inadequately tested experimental drugs for it, and the whole cascading mess surrounding them have continued to field a very high number of comments, so I'm opening yet another space for discussion. The rules are the same as before:

1. If you plan on parroting the party line of the medical industry and its paid shills, please go away. This is a place for people to talk openly, honestly, and freely about their concerns that the party line in question is dangerously flawed and that actions being pushed by the medical industry et al. are causing injury and death. It is not a place for you to dismiss those concerns. Anyone who wants to hear the official story and the arguments in favor of it can find those on hundreds of thousands of websites.

2. If you plan on insisting that the current situation is the result of a deliberate plot by some villainous group of people or other, please go away. There are tens of thousands of websites currently rehashing various conspiracy theories about the Covid-19 outbreak and the vaccines. This is not one of them. What we're exploring is the likelihood that what's going on is the product of the same arrogance, incompetence, and corruption that the medical industry and its tame politicians have displayed so abundantly in recent decades. That possibility deserves a space of its own for discussion, and that's what we're doing here.

3. If you plan on using rent-a-troll derailing or disruption tactics, please go away. I'm quite familiar with the standard tactics used by troll farms to disrupt online forums, and am ready, willing, and able -- and in fact quite eager -- to ban people permanently for engaging in them here. Oh, and I also lurk on other Covid-19 vaccine skeptic blogs, so I'm likely to notice when the same posts are showing up on more than one venue.

4. If you don't believe in treating people with common courtesy, please go away. I have, and enforce, a strict courtesy policy on my blogs and online forums, and this is no exception. The sort of schoolyard bullying that takes place on so many other internet forums will get you deleted and banned here. No, I don't care if you disagree with that: my journal, my rules.

With that said, as the mass media insists that it's perfectly normal for pro athletes to drop dead of heart attacks at sixty times the usual rate, and search engines turn up a steadily increasing series of hits for the search string "died suddenly," the floor is open for discussion.

I can't get that first link to work. It redirects me to a Capital One ad and then Norton Antivirus starts yelling at me.

Strange, it works fine for me.

You can try the archived version of the page

I also recommend using Brave browser, it helps to cut down on unnecessary ads and is overall good for your privacy.

There's something goofy going on there. It loads the page and then redirects to Capital One. The only way I can read it is to copy-paste the link and then stop the page from loading after the text appears. Even the Wayback link to it attempts to be trying to recall the ad page and failing.

Not sure if the site is hacked/compromised or what might be going on.

I can access the wayback link, but the main link makes a page pop up that demands that I do something that the page doesn't give me the ability to do, just a cartoon graphic making the demand. Weird.

I tried Firefox, Chrome, and Brave; it's broken for Firefox and Chrome, but not Brave. This, mixed with Chrome abruptly classifying a bunch of astrology sites I use as "dangerous" tells me that the internet is about to get a whole lot less free and open...

Yeah, there is something wrong with that site. It redirects after 2 seconds, has security popups warning me that the site has been hacked and I need to cleanse my phone, that my phone camera has been hacked, etc.

I stopped it from loading and turned on airplane mode after a second to read the article. It makes the claim of a big increase but doesn't cite anything. Some links to other sources with similar claims, but I'm not interested in watching the videos, I want to see data.

That said, I think the vaccines have caused a big increase in clots and heart damage. I would like to see some solid, quantified data to see the percentage increase in the numbers.

Here's something similar (not claiming the 60x but listing and linking to reports of athletes' deaths): https://www.notonthebeeb.co.uk/post/surge-of-sports-people-worldwide-suffering-unexpected-ill-health

Another "rare" event. 3 soccer players collapse in the same game in England - https://twitter.com/lex6m/status/1460791850844004353

Not quite. Two FANS collapsed due to unspecified medical emergencies. On top of which, a player had to be stretchered off due to a head injury, which is a relatively frequent occurrence in this sport. Unfortunately, this looks like another example of how inflated claims are being made to suit the narrative on BOTH sides.

I mentioned the athletes dropping dead to a dr. friend of mine and he hand waved it off saying it was just cocaine. Bad batch, lots of them doing it now. Not related to the vaccine at all.

I'm not having any problem accessing Kunstler, the link works fine for me, his site looks as good as ever. Yes, that was a bodacious blog post.

He's also got some excellent podcasts on his podcast page.

KUNSTLERCAST 351 — STEVEN KIRSCH OF THE COVID-19 EARLY TREATMENT FUND (CETF)

Plus:

THE LIMINALIST # 296: WHEN THE SHIT HITS THE AIR-CONDITIONER (WITH JAMES HOWARD KUNSTLER)
"In this Nov. 7, 2021 podcast, Kate Ledogar talks with James Howard Kunstler about systemic collapse, the sadistic undercurrent of “wokism,” the vaccination program as covert eugenics, female totalitarianism, and getting back to a world made by hand."

PS I've been following Kunstler's work for years. The wikipedia page on him is just smeary nonsense. He's an old-school NY liberal journalist and novelist with a wicked sense of humor, a heartfelt sense of the importance of aesthetics, and a passion for truth in reporting.
