The image? That's the third card in The Sacred Geometry Oracle. Card 3, The Line, when upright tells you that it's appropriate to continue in the direction you're going; when reversed, it warns you that you are crossing a line into unfamiliar territory and some things will have to be left behind. The oak leaves on the sides of the image tell you that this card belongs to the first third of the oracle, which corresponds to Calas, the principle of solidity and materiality.

Visualization Training
Date: 2021-12-27 10:28 am (UTC)1) Visualize a Color: I've got a collection of paint chips from the hardware store, in the primary colors. I spend time with one each day, looking at it, then closing my eyes and trying to picture that color in my mind. I'm trying to work up from one color to several at the same time.
2) Visualize a Small Ball: I have several small foam balls, cat toys about an 1"-1 1/2" in diameter. I roll the ball slowly around in my hand and fingers. Then I put the ball down and try to visualize the ball in my hand. Rolling through my fingers and sitting in my palm. Sometimes I also put the ball under my foot and roll it with the bare sole, then picture that in my mind.
3) Visualize a Crystal: I have a blue fluorite crystal. It is eight sided like a D&D die. Each side is unique with a different flaw, crack, chip or raised section. I run it through my fingers, feeling each side, and visualize first that face then imagining the next sections to each of the three sides. I try to picture the entire crystal in my mind. Once I get a good picture then I try and draw the sides as they connect on a piece of paper, and compare it to the actual crystal.
4) Visualize a Flame: I watch a candle flame and then close my eyes and try and imagine one in my mind, flickering and moving.
Any others you can think of?
