It's time for Magic Monday again, my intermittent open post on occult theory and practice -- so ask me anything about occultism and I'll do my best to answer it. Any question received by midnight tonight Eastern time will get an answer, though it may be Tuesday sometime before I get to them all.

    I haven't studied reiki, and it's possible that that's interacting with your magical work. The sense of watching yourself from a distance, though, is fairly common; you might try reading a book or two on the technique of astral projection and see if you can do it.
