1) If you're getting an actionable reading that often after only a year and a half of practice, you're doing pretty well. I'd encourage you to keep at it. By all means also cast readings about specific questions as often as you like; the more practice you get with any oracle, the better you'll become.
2) Go on to something else! There's plenty of other meditation fodder out there.
