1. If you plan on parroting the party line of the medical industry and its paid shills, please go away. This is a place for people to talk openly, honestly, and freely about their concerns that the party line in question is dangerously flawed and that actions being pushed by the medical industry et al. are causing injury and death. It is not a place for you to dismiss those concerns. Anyone who wants to hear the official story and the arguments in favor of it can find those on hundreds of thousands of websites.
2. If you plan on insisting that the current situation is the result of a deliberate plot by some villainous group of people or other, please go away. There are tens of thousands of websites currently rehashing various conspiracy theories about the Covid-19 outbreak and the vaccines. This is not one of them. What we're exploring is the likelihood that what's going on is the product of the same arrogance, incompetence, and corruption that the medical industry and its tame politicians have displayed so abundantly in recent decades. That possibility deserves a space of its own for discussion, and that's what we're doing here.
3. If you plan on using rent-a-troll derailing or disruption tactics, please go away. I'm quite familiar with the standard tactics used by troll farms to disrupt online forums, and am ready, willing, and able -- and in fact quite eager -- to ban people permanently for engaging in them here. Oh, and I also lurk on other Covid-19 vaccine skeptic blogs, so I'm likely to notice when the same posts are showing up on more than one venue.
4. If you don't believe in treating people with common courtesy, please go away. I have, and enforce, a strict courtesy policy on my blogs and online forums, and this is no exception. The sort of schoolyard bullying that takes place on so many other internet forums will get you deleted and banned here. No, I don't care if you disagree with that: my journal, my rules.
With that said, as the vaccinated keep catching Covid (and many of them never quite seem to get over it) while the rest of us are fine, the floor is open for discussion.

This is not to say that the video is fake, but to encourage you to look into it deeper and not take it at face value.
This guy is a fear-machine gun, and while much of his content may well be real, there’s no telling how much of that gut-wrenching feeling you get from it is from the footage itself, and how much he helped pile on top of that.
Look into his main channel to get an idea of it.

I really cannot fathom how people still believe anything in the mass media.
You expose your prejudices when you assume that everybody else must agree that "right-wing" is bad and mention Trump as "thought-stopper".
Before throwing any accusations, can you give us an example of how PJW "plays fast and loose with the truth"?
If not, I think JMG with allow me to say that you are a troll and not a very smart one at that.

Date: 2022-04-13 08:20 pm (UTC)That’s my frustration, that generally speaking anyone who disagrees with the narrative and the message must ipso facto be a right wing agitator. Or they could just be pointing to an unpleasant reality. At this point CNN has been caught with it’s pants down. Fox is far from perfect. Who do you trust?
My basic answer to that has been try to remember there are three sides to every story. One side, the other side and the truth. I will say that many of the recent conspiracy theories being called spoiler alerts made quite a bit of sense to me.
Is there a right wing source you would trust? (I’m assuming there is a left wing source you would trust.). If not it may be time to see if you can find one. This is an appeal to the fairness doctrine, not an appeal that you must immediately foreswear the undeniable correctness of the Republican Party. Because oof.
If all you can see is evil Republicans/right wingers it may be time to look up projecting the shadow.
