Adding a zero to that estimate would mean a 50-60% increase in the overall number of people dying, which is definitely not the case at this point. Given the actual number of excess deaths, somewhere in the 100,000-300,000 range is about as high as the death rate could reasonably be without false attribution or over-attribution, i.e. the vax equivalent of saying that everyone who died with covid died of covid, even if they were clearly already dying for some other reason. That is still a big number though, and it could very well get a lot bigger in the months and years ahead.
