Fascinating. Every time I've seen an attempt to discuss class privilege in social justice circles, that attempt has been shouted down in a hurry. I'm thinking here, among many other examples, of the way Will Shetterly became persona non grata in the social justice end of science fiction because he kept on pointing out the considerable role of class privilege within the social justice movement itself.

If that's changed, why, I'm glad to hear it. Maybe they'll start coming to terms with the way that the social justice movement itself has turned into an instrument for enforcing middle class hegemony over the working class.
