The image? That's the third card in The Sacred Geometry Oracle. Card 3, The Line, when upright tells you that it's appropriate to continue in the direction you're going; when reversed, it warns you that you are crossing a line into unfamiliar territory and some things will have to be left behind. The oak leaves on the sides of the image tell you that this card belongs to the first third of the oracle, which corresponds to Calas, the principle of solidity and materiality.

The next step beyond LRM involves two books -- Paths of Wisdom and Circles of Power. The first covers theory and gives material for meditation, the second is a textbook of ritual magic. You can work on them together. That'll keep you busy for a few years; pick up a copy of Israel Regardie's The Golden Dawn so you have the final volume in the sequence, which will keep you going for a good many years after that.

As for a magical lodge, I'm sorry to say that these days most of the ones I know of are pretty dysfunctional, and those that aren't usually accept members only by personal recommendation. There are a lot of messed-up people out there in the occult scene! You might consider picking up a copy of my book Inside a Magical Lodge and seeing if you can find some sane people to work with, and then go on and create a lodge together.

Thank you for the heads up on magical lodges. I’ve had an odd assortment of women brag about their pagan or Wicca practices to me in the last few months. It’s funny they feel compelled to share this with me unprompted. The way it’s said each time makes me want to take some steps backwards slowly to not agitate them further.

Looking forward to deepening the practices in 2022 and beyond.

They may be trying to sound you out for recruitment. If their behavior makes you want to back away, back away!
