I've worked with computers since the punch card days, and I wonder if you have underestimated them. I remember you saying something about the potential power of knowing certain personal details about another person. So here's a hypothetical. Lets say you can read every email, every text, every tweet, every FB post, every blog post, every online search, etc, made by a person for the last 20 or so years. What if you also know every word a person has uttered in their own home for the last few years (eg, Siri, Alexa, etc). What if you also know every medical detail, every credit card purchase, every bank transaction, etc, for a person, for their entire life.
