Thank you for both of these! I have heard of throat singing (though more as something that the Eskimo do, didn't realize there was a Norse tradition), but hadn't connected it with vibration, and I hadn't thought of the physical beads a "resonator" of the intentions prayed with them, but that's quite powerful.
