Actually, given your further explanations, I would have read this as "yes" to the first. ;) The very definition of "anarcho-capitalism" is precisely "removing inhibitions to business and elites (ie - "capital") while simultaneously imposing restrictions on those below them for the elites/businesses (ie "capital's") maximum benefit" - is it not?
