For what it's worth, the photo I used on the birth announcement for my baby born in 2018 was taken with a phone, and it wasn't until I saw the printed cards that I noticed his eyes were weirdly dark and I'd say even a little creepy. He's a normal kid as far as I can tell. And this was obviously not vaxxed related.
